    Every request points at its documents

    Open a request and the data room is right there. Link a file that is already in the room, or upload a new one straight into the folder it belongs in. The request then carries a VDR index — the document’s position in the room’s folder tree, one click from the request — so nobody keeps a side spreadsheet mapping asks to files.

Questions deal teams ask

How long does it take to set up a deal?

Minutes. Start from a request-list template for your deal type, invite your team, and you are live. Most teams run their first deal the same day they onboard.

Do participants need to create accounts?

Not for basic responses. Contributors can reply to requests directly from email. Full account access unlocks the web app when they want the complete view.

What is the difference between AI matching and AI-drafted answers?

They are two different steps, in that order. Matching links an uploaded document to the open request it satisfies, and a newly asked question to an answer already published on the deal, by meaning rather than by filename. Drafting then writes the prose answer to a request, citing the data room, for the deal team to approve and release. Matching finds the evidence; drafting writes the response. A person confirms every match and approves every draft before anything is broadcast, and your deal data never trains AI models.

Can we control who sees what?

Yes. Access is role-based and automatic. Each participant sees only their workstream and tasks. Participants see only published answers; internal routing stays invisible to external parties.

What happens to documents when a deal closes?

Access is revoked immediately on close, while the complete audit trail and record set are retained for compliance. You control retention and export.

How do you keep our data secure?
